摘要
采用传统方法分析抗强冲击试验对设备质量研究较为单一,造成分析结果不准确。依据高强度冲击特点对舰船电子设备抗强冲击试验进行分析,可提高分析结果精准度。根据高强度冲击特点,将设备质量分为3个等级,并在这3个等级下对轻量级、中量级和水下爆炸等冲击行为进行试验研究,根据研究结果获取舰船电子设备抗强冲击程度。通过试验分析结果可知,依据高强度冲击特点试验分析方法结果较为准确,最高可达到89%,为舰船电子设备安装提供支持。
The traditional method is used to analyze the impact test, and the quality of the equipment is relatively single.The result is not accurate. According to the characteristics of high-intensity impact, the analysis of strong impact test of ship electronic equipment can improve the accuracy of the analysis results. According to the characteristics of high strength impact, the quality of the equipment is divided into three grades. Under these three grades, the impact behavior of lightweight,middleweight and underwater explosion is tested and studied. According to the research results, the degree of strong impact resistance of ship electronic equipment is obtained. The result of the test analysis shows that the result of the test analysis is more accurate according to the characteristics of high strength impact, and the maximum can reach 89%, which provides support for the installation of ship electronic equipment.
