船体长期潮湿环境下船舶易腐蚀区域化学修复技术 被引量:1

摘要 造成船体腐蚀的原因有很多,目前科学家尚未研究出避免船舶腐蚀的手段,只能通过某些方法降低腐蚀程度。传统的修复技术对诱因缺少鉴别性,采用统一手段修复,修复效果很差,被修复后的船舶很快会被再次腐蚀,而且腐蚀程度更加严重。针对上述问题,研究了一种新的化学修复技术,建立了化学修复体系,由钢结构基底、水下涂层和抗紫外线保护层3部分构成,给出了化学修复过程。通过对比实验结果可知,该技术能够根据腐蚀诱因快速地修复船舶,被修复后的船舶使用寿命更长。所研究的技术对于船舶保护有重要意义。 There are many reasons causing hull erosion. At present, scientists have not yet studied the means to avoid ship corrosion and can only reduce the corrosion degree through certain methods. The traditional repair technology lacks the discriminatory nature of the incentives and adopts uniform measures to repair them. The repair effect is very poor. The repaired ships will soon be re-corroded and the corrosion will become more serious. Aiming at the above problems, a new chemical remediation technology was researched and a chemical remediation system was established. It consists of a steel structure substrate, an underwater coating, and an anti-ultraviolet protection layer, and gives a chemical remediation process.By comparing the experimental results, we can see that this technology can quickly repair the ship according to the corrosion incentives, and the life of the restored ship is longer. The technology being studied has important implications for ship protection.
