摘要
船舶救援是一种有效的救援方式,传统的救援船舶海上航行路线预报系统判断时间过长,带来的经济损失很大。为了解决此问题,基于动态GIS研究了一种新的救援船舶海上航行路线精准预报系统,分别对系统的硬件和软件部分进行设计,系统硬件部分包含数据采集器、数据分析器、搜救知识库、线路推理器4个模块;采用GIS技术设计了软件部分,软件工作流程共有4步,数据采集、数据分析、数据匹配、线路监测。通过实验验证了该技术的工作效果,实验结果表明,设计的系统能够快速给出救援路线,有效降低经济损失,具有很大的市场发展空间。
Ship rescue is an effective way of rescue. The traditional rescue ship navigation route prediction system has a long time to judge, resulting in great economic losses. In order to solve this problem, based on dynamic GIS, a new precision prediction system for rescue ship navigation route is studied. The hardware and software parts of the system are designed respectively. The hardware part of the system includes four modules: data collector, data analyzer, search and rescue knowledge base and line reasoning module. The system is designed by GIS technology. There are four steps in software workflow,data acquisition, data analysis, data matching and line monitoring. The experimental results show that the designed system can quickly give the rescue route, reduce the economic loss effectively, and have a great market development space.
