摘要
海面舰船编队目标的侦察和识别不仅具有重要的军事意义,还有助于海上交通管理和渔船的协同作业,研究海上舰船编队目标的识别和特征提取具有重要价值。海上舰船编队目标的信息采集方式以光成像技术为主,其中,光学卫星遥感图像是应用最广泛的一种光学图像技术。本文针对海上舰船编队目标的识别和侦察问题,研究了光学卫星遥感图像的噪声处理、目标预测和特征提取等内容,对提高海上舰船编队目标的识别精度,提高数据关联程度有一定的指导作用。
The identification of ship formation target not only has important military significance, also contribute to the maritime traffic management and fishing cooperative operation, identification and characteristics of warship formation target extraction is of great value. The way of collecting information for ship formation target, using optical imaging technology,optical satellite remote sensing image is one of the most widely used technology of optical image. In this paper, aiming at the problem of identification and reconnaissance ship formation target, study the noise processing, target prediction and feature extraction of optical satellite remote sensing image, to improve the ship formation target recognition accuracy, is helpful to improve data association degree.
