摘要
为解决传统单元组合式机舱监测报警系统中存在的运行稳定性低、时效性差等问题,结合PLC嵌入技术对船舶机舱监测报警系统进行了优化设计。利用PLC技术对智能网络船舶机舱监控数据进行有效的采集和压缩处理,对船舶机舱监测预警系统结构模块和功能进行规划,并建立了机舱监测报警数据传输控制单元,对优化后的预警系统结构运行流畅进行创新设计,保障智能网络型船舶机舱监测报警系统快速安全的运行。通过仿真对比检测证实,智能网络型船舶机舱监测报警系统可有效解决传统单元组合式船舶机舱监测预警系统中存在的行稳定性低、时效性差等问题,充分满足监测报警系统设计要求。
In order to solve the problems of low operation stability and poor timeliness in the traditional monitoring and warning system of ship engine room, the monitoring and warning system of ship engine room was optimized and designed with PLC embedded technology. Plc technology is used to effectively collect and compress the monitoring data of the intelligent network ship engine room, and the structural modules and functions of the monitoring and warning system of the ship engine room are planned. the transmission control unit of the monitoring and warning data of the engine room is established,and the optimized structure of the warning system is designed innovatively to ensure the rapid and safe operation of the monitoring and warning system of the intelligent network ship engine room. Through the simulation comparison and detection, it is proved that the intelligent network-based marine engine room monitoring and warning system can effectively solve the problems of low line stability, poor timeliness and the like existing in the traditional unit-based marine engine room monitoring and warning system, and fully meet the design requirements of the monitoring and warning system.
