摘要
随着科技的不断进步,船舶正朝着自动化和专业化不断发展,但也正因如此,海难事故和海盗劫船事件频繁发生。因此,及时建立一个有效的航海交通实时监视监控系统引起越来越多航运人员的关注。当下我国航运技术的飞速发展,通信功能导航系统逐渐得到应用。因此提出了基于GPRS系统的船舶实时监控系统设计。利用GPRS永远在线的特点把船舶航运状态数据快速传输到网络电子海图平台,方便进行实时检测。对该系统进行时效性仿真模拟,仿真结果证明,该系统可以有效的对海上交通进行实时监控,及时反馈海上交通信息。对遭受到海难事故的船只进行迅速的响应救援,大幅度降低了海难事故的发生,维护了人们的生命财产安全。
With the continuous progress of science and technology, ships are developing towards automation and specialization, but it is also for this reason that maritime accidents and pirate hijackings happen frequently. Therefore, the establishment of an effective maritime traffic real-time monitoring system in time attracts more and more attention of shipping personnel. With the rapid development of China's shipping technology, communication function navigation system is gradually applied. Therefore, the design of ship real-time monitoring system based on GPRS system is put forward. Making use of GPRS's always-on feature, the ship's shipping status data can be quickly transmitted to the network electronic chart platform,which is convenient for real-time detection. The simulation results show that the system can effectively monitor the maritime traffic in real time and feed back the maritime traffic information in time. The rapid response and rescue of ships suffering from maritime accidents greatly reduced the occurrence of maritime accidents and safeguarded the safety of people's lives and property.
