新型舰船离心泵状态监测系统的Labview仿真优化设计

摘要 船舶管路系统在实际运行的过程中,受其自身原理与外部因素的影响会出现振动噪声,而振动会向其他的相连结构传递,从而对其他设备产生连锁影响,带来诸多负面影响。离心泵这一机电设备在新型舰船行驶中发挥着重要的作用。通过对离心泵状态的合理监测能够确保船舶的安全航行。通过Labview软件与船载离心泵的传感器系统的相互结合,即可实现对离心泵工作状态的实时监测。为此,本文设计的新型舰船离心泵状态监测系统具有很大的应用价值。 In the process of actual operation of ship pipeline system, vibration and noise will occur due to its own principle and external factors, and vibration will be transmitted to other connected structures, so that other structures also form radiation and bring about many negative effects.. Centrifugal pump, an electromechanical device, plays an important role in the new type of ship. Reasonable monitoring of the state of the centrifugal pump can ensure safe navigation of the ship.Through the combination of the LABVIEW software and the sensor system of the ship-based centrifugal pump, real-time monitoring of the working status of the centrifugal pump can be realized. Therefore, the new type of ship centrifugal pump condition monitoring system designed in this paper has great application value.
