摘要
20世纪60年代以来,大部分发达国家的经济发展速度明显加快,而主要的原因是石油能源做出了极大的贡献,为海上石油运输行业的发展提供了必要的保障。与此同时,油船设计与制造呈现大型化与超大型化趋势,直接增加了船舶事故发生的几率,也对人民群众的生命财产安全以及海洋生态环境带来了危害。在这种情况下,必须要高度重视大型油船运输货物的特殊性,本文以DSP为基础,研究了其在油船安全控制中的应用,具有广泛的社会价值。
Since the 1 960 s, the speed of economic development in most developed countries has accelerated significantly, and the main reason is that petroleum energy has made great contributions and provided the necessary guarantee for the development of the offshore oil transportation industry. At the same time, the design and manufacturing of oil tankers have directly increased the probability of ship accidents, and also harmed people's lives and property, as well as the marine ecological environment, according to the trend of large-scale and super-large-scale. Under this circumstance, we must attach great importance to the particularity of the large-scale oil tanker's transport of goods. Based on DSP, this paper studies its application in the safety control of oil tankers and has a wide range of social values.
