船舶电力变电运行中的散热控制 被引量:1

摘要 随着船舶的发展,越来越多的电力电子技术在船舶上得以运用。也正因此船舶在电力变电运行中散热性差的问题导致功率器件失效显得极为突出。当船舶在电力变电运行时的功率越来越大,提高船舶变电运行中的散热能力是当下船舶安全行驶面临的最大挑战。因此使用热分布模型对船舶电力变电运行时的功率器件进行热性能分析,提出基于CFD方法船舶电力变电运行散热控制。通过CFD方法首先对水冷却系统散热器的热力性能进行模拟,在通Fluent仿真得到冷却液对散热器的散热效果。根据仿真结果可以看出,提出的基于CFD方法船舶电力变电运行中的散热控制可以有效的提升船舶在电力变电运行时的散热性能。 With the development of ships, more and more power electronics technologies are used in ships. It is also because of this that the problem of poor heat dissipation of ships in power transformation operation leads to the failure of power devices. When the power of the ship is getting larger and larger during the power transformation operation, improving the heat dissipation capability of the ship during the power transformation operation is the biggest challenge that the ship is facing at present. Therefore, the heat distribution model is used to analyze the thermal performance of the power devices in the ship’s power transformation operation, and the heat dissipation control of the ship’s power transformation operation based on CFD method is proposed. Firstly, the thermal performance of the radiator of the water cooling system is simulated by CFD method, and the cooling effect of the cooling liquid on the radiator is obtained by fluent simulation. Based on the simulation results, it can be seen that the heat dissipation control of the ship’s power transformation operation based on CFD method can effectively improve the heat dissipation performance of the ship during the power transformation operation.
