机动岸舰导弹武器系统智能定位故障维修方法研究

摘要 传统方法通常为各种型号导弹武器系统配置相应的保障设施,造成当前维修设施规模大、效率低。为此,提出一种新的通用的机动岸舰导弹武器系统智能定位方法。分析了智能定位故障维护基本思想。从结构上对机动岸舰导弹武器系统进行划分,从功能角度对结构单板进行划分,将其划分成子功能系统或直接划分至元件,完成层次模型建立。故障树选用二叉树,通过二分法获取和树间间隔最短的节点。通过故障模式和故障原因间的模糊关系矩阵对权值进行描述,将故障模式和故障原因间隶属度最大值对应节点看作权值最大节点,优先对其进行检测。确定机动岸舰导弹武器系统模糊关系矩阵,计算隶属度,获取节点相应故障权值,从而实现机动岸舰导弹武器系统智能定位故障维修。实验结果表明,所提方法能够定位维修结果可靠。 traditional methods usually deploy corresponding support facilities for various types of missile weapon systems, resulting in large scale and low efficiency of current maintenance facilities. Therefore, a new general intelligent positioning method for mobile shore to ship missile weapon system is proposed. The basic idea of intelligent location fault maintenance is analyzed. It divides the missile weapon system of mobile bank and ship from the angle of structure, divides the structure single board from the angle of function, divides it into sub function system or divides it directly into components,and completes the establishment of hierarchical model. The fault tree selects two binary tree, and obtains the shortest node between trees by dichotomy. The weight value is described by the fuzzy relation matrix between the fault mode and the fault cause, and the maximum value of the membership degree between the fault mode and the fault cause is regarded as the maximum node of the weight value, and the detection is given first. The fuzzy relation matrix of the mobile bank to ship missile weapon system is determined, the membership degree is calculated, and the corresponding fault weights are obtained, so as to realize the maintenance of the intelligent positioning fault of the mobile bank to ship missile weapon system. Experimental results show that the proposed method is reliable and reliable.
