船用柴油机启动控制技术研究

摘要 柴油机是船舶的重要部件之一,传统的启动控制技术在控制其启动时,需要消耗较长时间,容易引发各种安全问题,带来隐患。为了解决此问题,引用人工智能技术研究了一种新的柴油机启动控制技术,设计了优化控制电路,对电路生成条件和优点进行阐述。分析工作流程,由准备阶段控制、驱动阶段控制、发火阶段控制和运转阶段控制4步组成。与传统控制技术进行实验对比,结果表明,该技术可以在短时间内控制柴油机的启动,安全性好,是一种很有发展前景的技术。 Diesel engine is one of the important parts of ship. The traditional start-up control technology needs a long time to control its start-up. It is easy to cause various safety problems and bring hidden dangers. In order to solve this problem, a new diesel engine start-up control technology is studied by using artificial intelligence technology, and the optimal control circuit is designed. The circuit generation conditions and advantages are described. The workflow is analyzed, which consists of four steps: preparation stage control, drive stage control, ignition stage control and operation stage control. Compared with the traditional control technology, the results show that the technology can control the start-up of diesel engine in a short time, and has good safety. It is a very promising technology.
