基于PIMS的船舶燃油净化系统动态仿真

摘要 目前,大型船舶如运输船、LNG船、军舰等均采用柴油主机作为动力产生装置,由于成本和功率等问题,船舶柴油主机通常采用重油作为燃料。尽管重油可以为船舶节省成本,产生强大的推进动力,但重油含有大量的水分、杂质颗粒等杂物,且杂质越多重油的粘度也越大,不利于船舶柴油主机的效率和使用寿命。因此,在船舶柴油主机系统配备燃油净化系统非常有必要。本文主要针对船舶燃油净化系统的动态仿真问题,利用组态组件PIMS开发了燃油净化系统的动态模拟器,并对该模拟器的原理与组成进行详细介绍。 At present, diesel engines are used as power generation devices in large ships such as transport ships, LNG ships and warships. Due to cost and power problems, diesel engines on ships usually use heavy oil as fuel. Although heavy oil can save cost and generate powerful propulsion power for ships, heavy oil contains a lot of water, magazine particles and other impurities, and the more the magazine, the greater the viscosity of heavy oil is, which is not conducive to the efficiency and service life of marine diesel engine. Therefore, it is necessary to install fuel purification system in marine diesel engine system. Aiming at the dynamic simulation of marine fuel purification system, this paper develops the dynamic simulation model of the fuel purification system by using configuration component PIMS, and introduces the principle and composition of the dynamic simulation platform in detail.
