摘要
船舶电力推进系统是船舶的关键组成部分,双吊舱式电力推进系统能够使船舶获得更好的转向性能以及更高的稳定性。PLC技术具有很高的可靠性和经济性,本文使用PLC技术对双吊舱式电力推进回转系统进行设计,对PLC技术和变频器技术原理进行分析,在此基础上设计了系统结构框图,通过变频器对交流电机进行控制,并通过光电编码器以及传感器分别获取吊舱位置和电机转速,形成系统的闭环控制,最后对PLC进行了详细设计。系统具有成本低,可靠性高等优点。
The ship electric propulsion system is the key part of the ship. The double pod electric propulsion system can provide the ship with better steering performance and higher stability. PLC technology is of high reliability and economy,this article USES the PLC technology to design double podded electric propulsion rotation system, analyses the principle of PLC and frequency converter technology, on the basis of the designed system structure diagram, through the inverter to control ac motor, and through the photoelectric encoder and the sensor for pod position and motor speed, respectively form a closed loop control system, finally has carried on the detailed design of PLC. The system has the advantages of low cost and high reliability.
