摘要
传统船舶货物实配遗传算法存在分配精度较低、最优解较为局限等弊端。为解决上述问题,提出集装箱船舶货物适配过程遗传算法的改进方法。通过实配图规划、实配影响因素探究2个步骤,确定集装箱船舶货物的实配要求。在此基础上,通过更新货物实配编码、确定装配适应度函数、调整遗传算法流程3个步骤,完成集装箱船舶货物适配过程遗传算法的改进。与传统算法相比,改进算法可以有效解决船舶货物分配精度较低、最优解局限性较高等问题。
Traditional ship cargo matching genetic algorithm has the disadvantages of low allocation accuracy and limited optimal solution. To solve the above problems, an improved genetic algorithm for container ship cargo matching process is proposed. Through the actual layout planning, the actual allocation of factors to explore two steps to determine the actual allocation of container ships cargo requirements. On this basis, by updating the actual cargo distribution code, determining the assembly fitness function and adjusting the genetic algorithm process, the genetic algorithm of container ship cargo matching process is improved. Compared with the traditional algorithm, the improved algorithm can effectively solve the problems of lower accuracy of ship cargo distribution and higher limitation of the optimal solution.
