基于计算机辅助设计的舰船集成化设计研究

摘要 目前我国造船总量跻身于世界前列,但仍有部分船舶企业在生产技术与管理方面难以和实际生产需求相适应,且设计与管理信息严重脱节,进而形成信息孤岛,信息技术的集成性缺失,影响了造船生产效率的提高。本文采用了计算机辅助造船技术不断提升造船的速度并缩减造船成本,就应深入研发并运用数字造船技术,实现技术方面的创新。将高科技与高附加值船舶产品作为重点,适当调整船舶工业技术结构,特别是计算机辅助设计在船舶集成化设计中的应用。 At present, the total shipbuilding volume in China is among the highest in the world, but some shipbuilding companies are still difficult to adapt to actual production needs in terms of production technology and management, and the design and management information is seriously out of line, thus forming information islands and integrating information technology. Loss of sex has affected the improvement of shipbuilding production efficiency. In this paper, computer-aided shipbuilding technology is used to continuously improve the speed of shipbuilding and reduce the cost of shipbuilding. It is necessary to further develop and apply digital shipbuilding technology to achieve technological innovation. Focus on hightech and high value-added marine products, and appropriately adjust the technical structure of the ship industry, especially the application of computer-aided design in ship integrated design.
