摘要
针对传统排水自动控制装置排水效率低的问题,设计一种新型的船舶碰撞后应急排水自动控制装置。根据装置设计原理构建自动控制装置机构,针对结构将排水自动控制装置分为3部分:1)设计装置传感器,采集水位信号;2)利用综合控制中心分析采集到的信号,确定装置启动策略;3)排水设备执行综合控制中心发出的命令,进行排水控制。结果表明:利用本装置进行自动排水比传统装置进行自动排水所需时间要少13 s,排水效率得到提高。
Aiming at the problem of low drainage efficiency of traditional automatic drainage control device, a new type of emergency drainage automatic control device after ship collision is designed. According to the principle of device design, the mechanism of automatic control device is constructed. The automatic control device for structural drainage is divided into three parts: first, the sensor is designed to collect the water level signal;second, the signal collected is analyzed by the integrated control center to determine the starting strategy of the device;third, the drainage equipment is controlled comprehensively. The command issued by the center carries out drainage control. The results show that the time of automatic drainage by this device is 13 seconds less than that by traditional device, and the drainage efficiency is improved.
