船用异步电机滑差频率矢量控制技术研究

摘要 针对船用异步电动机滑差频率矢量控制延迟过高的问题,提出新型电动机滑差频率矢量控制方法。在Lab仿真系统内,对船用异步电动机进行结构仿真,提取电机气隙磁密度曲线,求取异步电动机电磁转矩,在异步电动机的三相定绕组回路中,设置A向电流固定电感,规避电机绕组电流,基于电动机电磁转矩幅值,控制船用异步电机的电流相位和电流幅值,实现异步电动机滑差频率矢量控制。实验研究表明,与传统控制方法相比,设计的矢量控制技术电流相位控制延迟减少27%,电流幅值控制延迟减少了23%,可以有效提高电动机滑差频率矢量控制延迟。 In view of the Marine asynchronous motor of slip frequency vector control delay, the new motor slip frequency vector control method is proposed. In Lab simulation system for Marine asynchronous motor structure simulation, extract the motor air gap flux density curve, calculating asynchronous motor electromagnetic torque, the three-phase asynchronous motor winding loop, set to A fixed inductance current, avoid motor winding current, based on the motor electromagnetic torque amplitude and control of Marine current amplitude, phase and current of asynchronous motor to realize asynchronous motor slip frequency vector control. Experimental study show that, compared with the traditional control method, the vector control technology of the current design phase control delay reduced by 27%, the current amplitude control delay decreased by 23%, can effectively improve the motor slip frequency vector control delay.
