基于模糊控制的舰船桅杆振动半主动控制研究

摘要 针对舰船桅杆在外载荷作用下产生的基础激励对其雷达等设备造成转角振动的问题,设计一种复合式的半主动的桅杆振动控制系统。根据航行中舰船的桅杆振动特性,采用基于磁流(MR)变阻尼器和并联机构的复合式半主动减振控制装置。针对复合控制器具有较高的非线性的特性,采用模糊控制的非线性映射功能,建立半主动控制系统。同时,基于Ansys平台,使用APDL对设计的复合式半主动控制系统进行仿真计算。选取某型舰船桅杆振动为研究对象,仿真结果表明本文所提方法能够有效的降低桅杆振动。 A compound semi-active mast vibration control system is designed for the problem that the base excitation generated by the ship's mast under the external load causes the corner vibration of the radar and other equipment. According to the mast vibration characteristics of the ship in navigation, a composite semi-active vibration damping control device based on a magnetic current (MR) variable damper and a parallel mechanism is adopted. Aiming at the high nonlinearity of the composite controller, the fuzzy control nonlinear mapping function is used to establish a semi-active control system. At the same time, based on the Ansys platform, the APLD is used to simulate the design of the composite semi-active control system. The vibration of a certain type of ship mast is selected as the research object. The simulation results show that the proposed method can effectively reduce the mast vibration.
