摘要
基于ADAMS的虚拟样机技术在机电一体化产品的开发设计中扮演着越来越重要的作用,特别是跨领域、多学科的综合系统参数优化仿真。针对船用雷达升降结构的转动副参数建立ADAMS模型,分析了设计参数对翻转液压缸推拉力的敏感度,获得液压缸推拉力最优值的参数结果,并对比优化前后液压缸推拉的变化,得出基于ADAMS的参数仿真可有效获得最优参数方案。
The virtual prototyping technology based on ADAMS plays an increasingly important role in the development and design of mechatronic products, especially the cross-domain and multi-disciplinary integrated system parameter optimization simulation. The ADAMS model is established for the rotational parameters of the marine radar lifting structure. The sensitivity of the design parameters to the pushing and pulling force of the hydraulic cylinder is analyzed. The parameter results of the optimal pushing and pulling force of the hydraulic cylinder are obtained, and the changes of the hydraulic cylinder pushing and pulling before and after optimization are compared. It is concluded that the parameter simulation based on ADMS can effectively obtain the optimal parameter scheme.
