摘要
传统的船用计程仪信号设备检测技术系统由于技术落后导致检测精准度低,为此设计虚拟检测技术系统对船用计程仪信号设备进行检测。虚拟检测技术系统的硬件设计包括传感器、数据采集设备、电路等,主要对接口电路与外围电路进行设计;虚拟检测技术系统的软件设计包括数据采集模块、数据处理模块以及数据显示模块。通过硬件与软件的设计,实现了对船用计程仪信号设备的检测。经过实验发现,设计的虚拟检测技术系统的检测精准度平均值比传统系统的检测精准度平均值高出10%,说明设计的虚拟检测技术系统具有极高的有效性。
The traditional detection technology system of marine log signal equipment has low detection accuracy because of backward technology. Therefore, a virtual detection technology system is designed to detect the signal equipment of marine log. The hardware design of virtual detection technology system includes sensors, data acquisition equipment, circuits, etc. It mainly designs interface circuit and peripheral circuit. The software design of virtual detection technology system includes data acquisition module, data processing module and data display module. Through the design of hardware and software, we have realized the detection of shipboard log signal equipment. The experimental results show that the average detection accuracy of the designed virtual detection technology system is 10% higher than that of the traditional system, which shows that the designed virtual detection technology system is highly effective.
