摘要
针对某船用汽轮发电机组在实际运行过程中对润滑油的使用需求,设计了汽轮机供油系统及双注油器,其中注油器Ⅰ供给主油泵,注油器Ⅱ供给润滑总管润滑各轴承。针对设计的双注油器进行了三维黏性数值计算,数值计算结果显示双注油器在给定的进口边界条件下,出口压力和流量与理论设计参数基本一致。设计了供油系统注油器专用试验平台,针对机组正常运行及启停工况对供油系统进行试验,试验结果显示:机组正常运行及启停工况时,各注油器流量及压力均能较好满足机组的使用要求,为后续汽轮发电机组的性能试验提供了试验依据及数据支撑。
This paper focuses on the fact demand of the lubricating oil on the steam turbo generator, the oil system and oil ejector were designed, the oil ejector Ⅰ supply to the main oil pump, the oil ejector Ⅱ supply to the lubricate pipe, the three-dimensional numerical analysis of the oil ejector has been studied, the computation results show that the outlet pressure and mass flow consistent with the theory compute on the condition of the inlet boundary conditions, the special test set has been designed for the oil system and oil ejector focuses on the working conditions, the start and stop condition, the experiment results show that the outlet pressure and mass flow can satisfy with the steam turbo generator on any conditions, this experimental research provides solid data for the safe operation of the turbo generator.
