摘要
螺旋桨是船舶动力系统的重要组成部分,随着船舶逐渐向着高速化、大载重方向发展,对船舶的动力性能有了更高的要求,也对螺旋桨的推进效率、噪声性能等有了更高的要求。在船舶螺旋桨的设计和优化过程中,计算流体力学CFD发挥了非常重要的作用,包括螺旋桨水动力性能分析、空泡特征预测等。本文主要研究了船舶螺旋桨的运动模型和水动力方程,在此基础上采用了全结构网络技术对螺旋桨模型进行网格划分,并对螺旋桨的水动力性能进行了基于软件Fluent的性能仿真和预报。
Propeller is an important part of ship power system. With the development of ship towards high speed and heavy load, there are higher requirements for ship power performance, as well as higher requirements for propeller propulsion efficiency and noise performance. Computational fluid dynamics(CFD) plays an important role in the design and optimization of marine propellers, including the hydrodynamic performance analysis of propellers and the prediction of cavitation characteristics. In this paper, the motion model and hydrodynamic equation of ship propeller are studied. On this basis, the whole structure network technology is used to mesh the propeller model, and the hydrodynamic performance of propeller is simulated and predicted based on software Fluent.
