摘要 可编程逻辑控制器是一种集成化程度非常高的专用控制系统,它将软件程序与硬件结构相结合,在分布式系统的控制上具有成本低、可控性强、集成化等优点,目前在工业领域中获得了非常广泛的应用。舰船是一个复杂的集成系统,除了动力系统、电力系统等主要系统外,舰船上还有大量的辅助机械控制系统,比如导航系统、偏航系统、电站配电系统等,研究这些舰船辅助机械控制系统具有非常重要的意义。本文基于PLC控制技术,分别对舰船的智能导航系统、三相电机控制系统和配电故障检测系统进行升级和优化,具有重要的实际应用价值。 Programmable logic controller(PLC) is a kind of special control system with high integration. It combines software program with hardware structure. It has the advantages of low cost, strong controllability and integration in the control of distributed system. It has been widely used in industrial field at present. Ship is a complex integrated system. In addition to power system, power chest and other main systems, there are a large number of auxiliary mechanical control systems on the ship, such as navigation system, power distribution system and so many others. It is very important to study these auxiliary mechanical control systems. Based on PLC control technology, this paper upgrades and optimizes the ship’s intelligent navigation system, three-phase motor control system and distribution fault detection system, which has important practical application value.
