摘要 为了有效提高船舶电机伺服系统离散变控制精确度,对传统控制方法的控制函数进行优化,提出新型电机伺服系统离散变结构控制方法。确定伺服系统的切换函数并修正传统控制函数的幂次趋近率,添加扰动估计量值,对系统控制不确定项进行补偿,获取最终控制函数,对控制数据降维,完成控制函数的收敛校对,添加周期量,保证系统可以完成定位控制,实现船舶电机伺服系统离散变结构的整体高精度控制。实验数据表明,与传统控制方法相比,设计的控制方法跟踪控制精确率提高了13%,定位控制精确度提高了22%,可以有效提高系统控制精确度。 In order to effectively improve the accuracy of discrete variable control of Marine motor servo system, the control function of traditional control method was optimized, and a new discrete variable structure control method of motor servo system was proposed on this basis. Determine the switching function and the function of the traditional control servo system of the exponential reaching rate, adding disturbance estimation value, compensate, and to control the system uncertainties for final control functions, to control the data dimension reduction, complete control function convergence proofreading, add period, guarantee system can complete positioning control, so as to realize Marine motor servo system the overall precision of discrete variable structure control. Experimental data show that compared with the traditional control method,the designed control method improves the tracking control accuracy by 13% and the vacancy control accuracy by 22%,which can effectively improve the system control accuracy.
