摘要
舰船主机遥控系统位于舰船机舱内,操作人员可以通过主机遥控实现对船舶主机的远程控制,包括启停机、功率转换等功能,对提高船舶的机动性,减轻操作人员的工作量,提高船舶的自动化水平有重要的作用。为了提高操作人员对舰船主机遥控系统的熟练程度,同时降低训练成本,本文提出一种基于组态软件PIMS技术的舰船主机遥控虚拟操作系统,通过研究和分析主机遥控系统的控制逻辑,本文建立了主机遥控系统的完整模型,开发出了PIMS主机遥控虚拟操作系统,并对该系统进行了详细的介绍。
The remote control system of the main engine of a ship is located in the engine room of a ship. Operators can realize remote control of the main engine of a ship by remote control of the main engine, including start-stop, power conversion and other functions. It plays an important role in improving the maneuverability of the ship, reducing the workload of the operators and improving the level of automation of the ship. In order to improve operator’s proficiency in remote control system of main engine and reduce training cost, this paper presents a virtual operation system for remote control of main engine based on configuration software PIMS technology. By studying and analyzing the control logic of main engine remote control system, this paper establishes a complete model of main engine remote control system. The PIMS host remote control virtual operation system is developed, and the system is introduced in detail.
