基于图像处理的船用柴油机喷油嘴喷雾特性研究 被引量:1

摘要 柴油发动机是目前装机量最大的船舶动力源,柴油发动机的优势在于成本低,产生的推进力强,与此同时,柴油机发动机也存在着能量转化率低、大量有害气体排放等问题。近年来,全球环境不断恶化,业内的研究人员针对船舶柴油发动机的污染问题进行了大量研究。本文首先对船用柴油发动机的燃油喷雾和喷油嘴进行了函数建模和原理介绍,然后基于数值模拟和可视化图像处理技术,对船舶柴油发动机的喷雾性能进行了升级,并基于Matlab软件进行了柴油机喷油嘴喷雾的图像处理仿真试验,取得了良好效果。 Diesel engine is the largest marine power source with installed capacity at present. The advantage of diesel engine lies in its low cost and strong propulsion. At the same time, diesel engine also has the problems of low energy conversion rate and large amount of harmful gas emissions. In recent years, the global environment has been deteriorating, and researchers in the industry have made a lot of research on the pollution of marine diesel engines. In this paper, the function modeling and principle introduction of fuel spray and fuel injector of marine diesel engine are first introduced. Then the spray performance of marine diesel engine is upgraded based on numerical simulation and visual image processing technology, and the simulation experiment of diesel fuel injection nozzle spray processing is carried out based on Matlab software.Good results have been achieved.
