摘要
对于不同寿命阶段舰船机电设备运行能效检测,采用传统系统只能进行长周期检测,导致检测精准度较低,提出了无线通信模式下设备运行能效检测系统设计。根据系统总体结构设计硬件,采用S3C2440型号微处理器,设置指令长度为32位,获取总线接口支持,以此调整微处理器参数配置。使用型号为MAX811低电平监测器,设计复位电路,为电源提供稳定电压。将流驱动为系统应用与硬件之间交流媒介,计算任务优先级和时间优先级,以每百小时为度量检测运行能效,由此完成系统设计。通过实验结果可知,该系统最高检测精准度可达到90%,为舰船节能工作提供科学途径。
For the energy efficiency testing of marine electromechanical equipment in different life stages, the traditional system can only carry out long-term testing, which results in low detection accuracy. The design of energy efficiency testing system for equipment operation in wireless communication mode is proposed. According to the overall structure design of the system hardware, the S3 C2440 microprocessor is used, and the instruction length is 32 bits. The bus interface support is obtained to adjust the configuration of microprocessor parameters. Using MAX811 low level monitor, reset circuit is designed to provide stable voltage for power supply. Flow driver is used as the communication medium between system application and hardware, task priority and time priority are calculated, and energy efficiency is measured every 100 hours, thus the system design is completed. The experimental results show that the highest detection accuracy of the system can reach 90%,which provides a scientific way for energy-saving work of warships.
