摘要
传统的控制方法在控制船舶机械液压推进系统时,控制效果维持时间很短。针对这一问题,研究一种新的船舶机械液压控制方法,利用液压动力单元、电磁阀箱单元、执行单元、控制单元和应急操作单元建立控制模型,通过选择液压动力源、确定控制方案、确定调速方案、控制工作的实现4步实现控制过程。为了检测该方法的实际工作效果,与传统控制方法进行实验对比,结果表明,给出的方法具有很强的控制能力,控制效果能够长时间维持。
The control effect of the traditional control method is very short when it is used to control the marine mechanical hydraulic propulsion system. To solve this problem, a new hydraulic control method for marine machinery is studied.The control model is established by hydraulic power unit, solenoid valve box unit, execution unit, control unit and emergency operation unit. The four steps are to select hydraulic power source, determine control scheme, determine speed regulation scheme and realize control work. Realize the control process. In order to test the actual working effect of the method, the experimental comparison with the traditional control method shows that the proposed method has strong control ability and the control effect can be maintained for a long time.
