摘要 对于船体梁结构强度研究采用传统方法分析结果精准度较低,为了解决该问题,提出了基于显式的非线性有限元分析。采用模拟箱型梁边界条件作为边界研究基础,根据船体梁结构受到载荷作用材料易变形性质,对不同条件下的结构稳定情况展开分析,获取边界条件是自由支持的特征信息。利用动态分析方法模拟静力加载过程,并使用显式算法进行求解。在时间上显式船体梁结构前推速度和位移,添加100 N集中力作为参考载荷,引入一阶屈曲模态作为初始扰动,进行非线性极限强度分析,由此获取压杆所能承受最大临界值,完成对船体梁结构强度的非线性有限元分析。通过实验对比结果可知,该方法比传统方法分析结果精准度高,为船舶结构设计提供参考。 In order to solve this problem, an explicit nonlinear finite element method is proposed to analyze the strength of ship hull girders. Based on the boundary conditions of box girders, the stability of ship hull girders under different conditions is analyzed according to the deformability of materials subjected to loads, and the characteristic information that the boundary conditions are freely supported is obtained. Dynamic analysis method is used to simulate the static loading process,and explicit algorithm is used to solve the problem. Explicit forward velocity and displacement of hull girder structure in time, adding 100 N concentrated force as reference load, introducing first-order buckling mode as initial disturbance, carrying out non-linear ultimate strength analysis, from which the maximum critical value of compression bar can bear can be obtained, and completing the non-linear finite element analysis of hull girder structure strength. The experimental results show that the method is more accurate than the traditional method, which can provide reference for ship structure design.
