摘要
中国是船舶制造大国,实现船舶主机控制系统的国产化以及品牌化对于保证我国船舶制造业的竞争力至关重要。本文提出一种基于PLC的船舶主机控制系统实现方案,对船舶主机的结构及工作原理进行了分析,使用PID的控制方法对船舶主机进行控制,设计了系统的整体结构,并对重点硬件设备进行选型,可以同时完成512个模拟量的采集,因而完全满足现代船舶主机控制要求。最后对PLC的软件流程进行了设计。系统具有良好的稳定性及可靠性。
China is a major shipbuilding country, and the localization and branding of ship main engine control system is very important to ensure the competitiveness of China’s shipbuilding industry. This paper proposes a scheme of ship host control system based on PLC for ships of the host structure and the working principle is analyzed, using PID control method to control the ship’s host, design the overall structure of the system, and on the key hardware selection, can be done at the same time the amount of 512 simulated acquisition, thus fully meet the requirements of modern ship host control. Finally, the software flow of PLC is designed. The system has good stability and reliability.
