变工况运行中舰船汽轮机不平衡负荷协调控制系统

摘要 传统的协调控制系统在变工况运行条件下,很难控制舰船汽轮机内部不平衡负荷,每个阶段使用的控制方式相同,控制范围小,具有很大的局限性。为了解决上述问题,设计一种新的舰船汽轮机不平衡负荷协调控制系统,硬件结构包括负荷控制系统和子控制系统两部分,使用PID调节器和运算器构建汽轮机协调主控器,通过反馈控制和能量平衡两个思路设计子控制系统。利用比例调节、积分调节、微分调节实现软件工作。为验证系统效果,与传统协调控制系统进行了实验对比。结果表明,设计的协调控制系统能够控制汽轮机内部绝大多数不平衡负荷,为船舶稳定运行提供有力的技术支持。 Traditional coordinated control system is difficult to control the unbalanced load of naval steam turbines under variable operating conditions. The control mode used in each stage is the same, and the control range is small, so it has great limitations. In order to solve the above problems, a new coordinated control system for unbalanced load of naval steam turbines is designed. The hardware structure consists of load control system and sub-control system. The main control system for steam turbine coordination is constructed by using PID regulator and calculator. The sub-control system is designed through feedback control and energy balance. Software work is realized by proportional adjustment, integral adjustment and differential adjustment. In order to verify the effectiveness of the system, the experimental comparison with the traditional coordinated control system shows that the designed coordinated control system can control the vast majority of unbalanced loads inside the steam turbine and provide strong technical support for the stable operation of the ship.
