摘要
传统的起货装置恒功率控制技术存在起货装置摇晃幅度大的缺陷,为此提出货船甲板起货装置恒功率控制技术研究。根据起货装置的工作状态对起货装置功率计算公式进行定义并对其功率进行计算,根据得到的起货装置功率建立起货装置功率分析模型,对起货装置功率进行分析,得到起货装置功率控制量,以得到的起货装置功率控制量为依据,采用智能控制方法实现了货船甲板起货装置恒功率的控制。通过实验可得,提出的货船甲板起货装置恒功率控制技术起货装置摇晃幅度比传统技术小了1.5°。说明提出的货船甲板起货装置恒功率控制技术控制效果更好。
The traditional constant power control technology of cargo lifting device has the defect of large rocking range of cargo lifting device. Therefore, the constant power control technology of cargo lifting device on deck of cargo ship is proposed. According to the working state of the cargo lifting device, the power calculation formula of the cargo lifting device is defined and its power is calculated. According to the power of the cargo lifting device, the power analysis model of the cargo lifting device is established. The power control quantity of the cargo lifting device is obtained by analyzing the power of the cargo lifting device.
