主动式减摇水舱控制系统在船舶模型设计的应用 被引量:1

摘要 稳定性是船舶能否正常运行的重要指标,船舶在日常工作时受海风、海浪等干扰作用力的影响,往往会发生横摇、垂荡等不规则运动,如果产生的运动幅度过大,很可能导致船舶倾覆等危险事故。因此,业内研究人员一直将船舶的减摇视为重点研究方向。主动式减摇水舱利用控制系统产生力矩,并抵消船舶发生横摇等运动的力矩,使船体保持稳定,具有结构简单、成本低等优点,广泛应用于各类大型舰船上。本文针对船舶的模型试验过程,开发了一种主动式减摇水舱控制系统,并介绍该控制系统的硬件组成和功能,在Matlab中进行了减摇特性试验。 Stability is an important indicator of the normal operation of a ship.Irregular motion such as roll and heave often occurs when a ship is affected by disturbing forces such as sea breeze and waves in its daily work.If the motion range is too large,it may lead to dangerous accidents such as capsizing of the ship.Therefore,researchers in the industry have always regarded ship roll reduction as a key research direction.Active anti-rolling tank uses the control system to generate torque and offset the rolling moment of the ship,so that the hull remains stable.It has the advantages of simple structure and low cost.It is widely used in all kinds of large ships.In this paper,an active anti-rolling tank control system is developed for ship model test.The hardware composition and function of the control system are introduced.The anti-rolling characteristic test is carried out in Matlab software.
