摘要
为解决常规制冷设备节能方案应用船舶内部变频制冷中存在节能比率较低的不足,提出了船舶内部变频制冷设备节能方法。基于冷凝温度与输出功率的匹配,以及蒸发温度与输出功率的匹配,实现热负荷与输出功率匹配的优化;依托变频参数的确定,实现船舶内部变频制冷设备的节能。完成提出的船舶内部变频制冷设备节能方法。试验数据表明,提出的节能方法较常规节能方法,节能比率提高29.5%,适合于远洋船舶内部变频制冷设备的节能。
In order to solve the problem of low energy-saving ratio in the application of conventional refrigeration equipment energy-saving scheme to ship internal frequency conversion refrigeration,the energy-saving method of ship internal frequency conversion refrigeration equipment was proposed.Based on the matching of condensation temperature and output power,the matching of evaporation temperature and output power,the matching of heat load and output power is optimized,and the energy saving of ship internal frequency conversion refrigeration equipment is realized by the determination of frequency conversion parameters.The energy-saving method of ship internal frequency conversion refrigeration equipment is studied.The experimental data show that the proposed energy-saving method is 29.5%higher than the conventional energy-saving method,and is suitable for energy-saving of the frequency conversion refrigeration equipment in ocean ships.
