摘要
针对船舶角度同步机故障,导致航位角误差大、不准确的问题,设计一个嵌入式角度同步机测试系统。该系统主要分为3部分:前端模拟导航单元、中端通信单元、终端同步机测试单元。首先利用前端模拟导航单元产生角度模拟测试信号,然后利用中端通信单元将信号传输给终端同步机测试单元,在该单元中转换角度信号,并与之前的角度信号进行对比,最后通过显示屏将结果显示出来。结果表明:本系统测试结果与实际结果一致,由此说明本系统测试准确性高,能准确判断出角度同步机运行状况。
Aiming at the problem of large error and inaccuracy of ship angle synchronizer,an embedded angle synchronizer test system is designed.The system is mainly divided into three parts:front-end analog navigation unit,middle-end communication unit and terminal synchronizer test unit.First,the front-end analog navigation unit is used to generate the angle analog test signal,and then the middle-end communication unit is used to transmit the signal to the terminal synchronizer test unit.In this unit,the angle signal is converted and compared with the previous angle signal.Finally,the result is displayed through the display screen.The results show that the test results of the system are consistent with the actual results,which shows that the system has high test accuracy and can accurately test the operation status of angle synchronizer.
