智能控制在船舶运动模拟平台液压传动中的应用

摘要 由于以往控制方法受到纵摇和垂荡液压缸活塞杆变化影响,导致控制效果较差,为了解决该问题,提出了智能控制在船舶运动模拟平台液压传动中的应用研究。根据运动模拟平台液压传动原理,采用数字调节器将不同方向控制阀输入信号转换为数字信号,依据运动模拟平台功能,分析控制时域模型,使用二进制编码,获取最优参数,依据该参数分析纵摇和垂荡液压缸活塞杆理论位移曲线和实际位移曲线,由此得到闭环比例最优控制位置,根据该位置,完成具体实现方案的设计。通过实验对比结果可知,该方法控制效果较好,使船舶具有高效转动性能。 In order to solve this problem,the application of intelligent control in hydraulic transmission of ship motion simulation platform is proposed.According to the hydraulic transmission principle of motion simulation platform,the input signals of control valves in different directions are converted into digital signals by digital regulator.According to the function of motion simulation platform,the control time domain model is analyzed,and the optimal parameters are obtained by binary coding.According to the parameters,the theoretical displacement curve and actual displacement curve of piston rod of pitching and heave hydraulic cylinders are analyzed,and the closed-loop ratio is obtained.An example is given to illustrate the optimal control position,according to which the design of the specific implementation scheme is completed.The experimental results show that the control effect of this method is better and the ship has high rotational performance.
