摘要
在全球一体化发展的过程中,海运属于最常见的货物运送方式,伴随船队规模的逐渐扩大,船舶发生事故的几率显著提高,导致国家与社会经济损失严重。尤其是船舶电站发电机组的故障,要想保证船舶行驶的安全性,必须要在短时间内对故障元件和性质进行判断并处理,保证系统尽快恢复运行状态。然而,船舶电站发电机组复杂化与智能化性能逐渐优化,使得科技水平明显提升,在故障发生后很难及时找到问题并解决。所以,必须要以船舶电站发电机组为出发点,科学合理地设计自动切换电气控制故障排除系统,进而全面改善船舶电站发电机组的运行状态,保证船舶海上航行的安全性。
In the process of global integration development,shipping is the most common mode of cargo transportation.With the gradual expansion of the fleet size,the probability of ship accidents has increased significantly,resulting in serious national and social economic losses.Especially for the failure of the ship power station generator set,in order to ensure the safety of the ship’s driving,it is necessary to judge and deal with the faulty components and properties in a short time to ensure that the system resumes operation as soon as possible.However,the complexity and intelligent performance of the generator set of the ship power station are gradually optimized,which makes the technology level significantly improved,and it is difficult to find the problem and solve it in time after the fault occurs.Therefore,it is necessary to take the ship power station generator set as the starting point,scientifically and rationally design the automatic switching electrical control fault elimination system,and then comprehensively improve the running state of the ship power station generator set to ensure the safety of the ship’s maritime navigation.
