摘要
对机械强度进行优化分析,可以延长港口大型船舶起重牵引机的使用寿命,针对当前港口大型船舶起重牵引机机械强度优化精度低的缺陷,设计了基于灰色系统的大型船舶起重牵引机机械强度优化方法。首先对大型船舶起重牵引机机械强度优化研究进展进行分析,找到各种大型船舶起重牵引机机械强度优化方法的不足,然后利用灰色系统对大型船舶起重牵引机机械强度进行建模与优化,最后进行大型船舶起重牵引机机械强度优化仿真测试。仿真测试结果表明,灰色系统可以提高大型船舶起重牵引机机械强度优化精度,相对于其他大型船舶起重牵引机机械强度优化方法,本文方法不仅减少了优化误差,而且提高了大型船舶起重牵引机机械强度优化稳定性和可靠性,具有重要的实际应用价值。
Optimal analysis of mechanical strength can prolong the service life of large ship crane tractor in port.Aiming at the defect of low precision of mechanical strength optimization of large ship crane tractor in port,a method of mechanical strength optimization of large ship crane tractor based on grey system is designed.Firstly,the research progress of mechanical strength optimization of large-scale ship crane tractor is analyzed,and the shortcomings of various optimization methods of mechanical strength of large-scale ship crane tractor are found.Then,the mechanical strength of large-scale ship crane tractor is modeled and optimized by grey system.Finally,the mechanical strength optimization simulation test of large-scale ship crane tractor is carried out.Grey system can improve the precision of mechanical strength optimization of large ship crane tractor.Compared with other methods of mechanical strength optimization of large ship crane tractor,the error of this method is reduced,and the stability and reliability of mechanical strength optimization of large ship crane tractor are improved.It has important practical application value.
