船舶通信网络的嵌入式无人巡视系统设计

摘要 传统巡视系统采用人工与自动化结合方式,存在巡视结果精准度较低的问题,为了解决该问题,提出了船舶通信网络的嵌入式无人巡视系统设计。依据无人巡视系统基本工作原理,设计主控系统结构,采用RS232接口连接主机硬件各个电路模块,利用数据重发机制改善传统RS422总线接口可靠性低的问题。根据硬件设备捕捉到的监控画面,采用帧间差分法获取最优遥测图像,通过AT短信息提示指令接收遥测信息,完成串口信息接收,实现嵌入式无人巡视系统设计。由实验结果可知,该系统最高控制效果可达到98%,为船舶工作人员安全提供保障。 Traditional patrol system adopts the combination of manual and automation,which has the problem of low precision of patrol results.In order to solve this problem,an embedded unmanned patrol system based on ship communication network is proposed.According to the basic working principle of the unmanned patrol system,the structure of the main control system is designed.The RS232 interface is used to connect the various circuit modules of the host hardware,and the data retransmitting mechanism is used to improve the low reliability of the traditional RS422 bus interface.According to the monitoring pictures captured by hardware devices,the optimal remote sensing image is obtained by inter-frame difference method,and the remote sensing information is received by AT short message prompt instruction.The serial port information is received and the embedded unmanned patrol system is designed.The experimental results show that the maximum control effect of the system can reach 98%,which provides security for the safety of ship workers.
