一种薄板声子晶体的低频隔声特性研究 被引量:2

摘要 本文系统研究了一种薄板声子晶体的低频隔声特性,薄板声子晶体由单层均质薄板和正方周期的支撑框架构成。首先,通过有限元方法研究薄板声子晶体的隔声特性和声振模态;进一步分析原包周期、薄板厚度等参数对隔声特性的影响规律;研究结果表明薄板声子晶体在低频段(100~400 Hz)具有很好的隔声特性,尤其在设计的共振频率315 Hz,相对于同质量的单层均质板,隔声量提升了约9 dB。其次,利用3D打印技术制作了试验样件并进行隔声性能测试,试验结果与理论计算结果吻合的很好。该研究为轻质隔声材料设计及低频噪声控制提供了很好的技术支撑。 In this paper,we studied on the low frequency sound insulation properties of a thin plate phononic crystal.The thin plate phononic crystal consists of a single layer homogeneous thin plate and a square-cycle frame.Firstly,we analyzed the sound insulation characteristics and acoustic vibration mode of the thin plate phononic crystal by finite element method.Further,we analyzed the influence of parameters such as the original cell period and the thickness of the plate on sound insulation.The results show that the thin plate phononic crystal has good sound insulation performance in the low frequency range,especially at the designed resonant frequency 315 Hz,the sound insulation is increased by 9 decibels compared with the single layer homogeneous plate of the same quality.Furthermore,the test sample was made by 3 D printing technology and the sound insulation experiments was carried out.The test result are in good agreement with the theoretical calculation result.This research provides a good technical support for the design of lightweight sound insulation materials and low frequency noise control.
