摘要
以2万箱级超大型集装箱船为研究对象,在船舶设计阶段,应用统计能量分析方法进行舱室噪声预报,重点讨论声学模型的建立与噪声源的设置。船舶建造完成后,利用专业噪声测量设备开展海上噪声测试,测试结果满足MSC.337(91)《船上噪声等级规则》的舱室噪声标准要求。将预报结果与测试结果进行对比,分析引起误差的原因。文中研究方法和结论对同类型船舶噪声预报与测试具有一定的参考价值。
Cabin noise prediction of the 20,000 TEU Ultra-large Container Ship is carried out based on the theory of statistical energy analysis in the ship design stage,emphasized on acoustic modeling and setting noise source.The noise test is performed with professional noise measurement equipment at sea after manufacturing.The results show cabin noise level is satisfied with the noise limit requirement in MSC 337(91)Code on noise levels on board ships.Comparing prediction results with the test results,and discussing the reason lead to error.This research methods and conclusions have some reference value to the same type of ship noise prediction and test.
