摘要
传统船舶电子变压器冷却调控系统存在调控逻辑问题。由于调控逻辑只对老式机械触点反馈方式进行感知,因此在电子变压器局部温度升高时,不能及时感知反馈,造成变压器老化速度加快,甚至导致损坏的问题。针对此问题,提出设计基于嵌入式单片机的船舶电子变压器智能冷却调控系统。利用基于嵌入式单片机工艺的PLC控制芯片,构建PLC智能调控平台硬件。通过此平台硬件对船舶电子变压器状态数据进行实时动态全面采集。同时,引入电子变量算法,对传统调控逻辑存在的问题进行针对性解决。最后通过仿真实验证明,提出设计的基于嵌入式单片机的船舶电子变压器智能冷却调控系统,能够解决传统冷却调控系统控制感知调控不足的问题。
The traditional marine electronic transformer cooling control system has the control logic problem.Because the control logic only perceives the feedback mode of the old mechanical contacts,the feedback can not be sensed in time when the local temperature of the electronic transformer rises,resulting in the acceleration of the aging of the transformer and even the problem of damage.In order to solve this problem,an intelligent cooling control system for marine electronic transformer based on embedded single chip computer is proposed.The hardware of PLC intelligent control platform is constructed by using the PLC control chip based on embedded single chip technology.Through this platform hardware,real-time dynamic and comprehensive acquisition of ship electronic transformer status data is carried out.At the same time,electronic variable algorithm is introduced to solve the problems of traditional control logic.Finally,the simulation experiment proves that the intelligent cooling control system of marine electronic transformer based on embedded single-chip computer can solve the problem of inadequate perceptual control of traditional cooling control system.
