摘要
传统的船舶机舱监测报警系统对于危险信号的响应时间过长。针对这一问题,设计了一种新的船舶机舱监测系统报警系统,通过工控机、数据集中器、上位机和传感器构成硬件结构,利用RS-485总线连接各个硬件模块,在数据集中器、上位机进行冗余设计。软件由信息采集、报警信号上下限设定、信息匹配、发送报警信号4步组成。为检测系统工作效果,与传统报警系统进行实验对比。结果表明,设计的智能报警系统能够迅速响应危险信号,及时反馈报警信息,降低船舶航行事故发生率。
The response time of traditional marine engine room monitoring and alarming system to dangerous signals is too long.In order to solve this problem,a new alarm system of marine engine room monitoring system is designed.The hardware structure is composed of industrial computer,data concentrator,upper computer and sensor.The hardware modules are connected by RS-485 bus.The redundancy design of data concentrator and upper computer is carried out.The software consists of four steps:information acquisition,alarm signal upper and lower limit setting,information matching and alarm signal sending.In order to detect the working effect of the system,the experimental comparison with the traditional alarm system shows that the designed intelligent alarm system can quickly respond to dangerous signals,timely feedback alarm information,and reduce the incidence of ship navigation accidents.
