摘要
考虑单线暖通系统受到能耗较高影响而导致散热效率低的问题,设计了舰船舱室内双线暖通低能耗散热系统。在散热系统整体结构基础上,设计以铝合金硬度散热片为材质的散热器,并在底座上嵌入一片铜板,为热量释放提供一个均衡点,采用热阻等效电路分析系统散热情况。通过C语言设计技术实施路线,计算总损耗获取等效电路中各点温度,采用双重操作模式,完成系统低能耗散热。由测试结果可知,该系统在低能耗基础上具有95%以上的散热效率,为舰船舱室内温度调节提供可行性方案。
Considering the problem of low heat dissipation efficiency caused by high energy consumption of single-line HVAC system,a dual-line HVAC low energy dissipation system in ship cabin was designed.On the basis of the overall structure of the radiation system,a radiator made of aluminium alloy hardness radiator is designed,and a copper plate is embedded in the base to provide a balance point for heat release.The thermal resistance equivalent circuit is used to analyze the heat dissipation of the system.Through the C language design technology implementation route,the total loss is calculated to obtain the temperature of each point in the equivalent circuit,and the dual operation mode is adopted to achieve low energy consumption and heat dissipation of the system.From the test results,it can be seen that the system has more than 95%heat dissipation efficiency on the basis of low energy consumption,which provides a feasible scheme for the temperature regulation in the ship cabin.
