摘要
为了加强海军电子战能力,美海军研发了EA-18G以替代老旧的EA-6B电子战飞机。为实现EA-18G能够在航母上顺利部署,需对其进行相应的试验测试和评估。综合分析了EA-18G电子战飞机在陆上和海上的试验评估环境、试验风险,以及试验需要人员、物资等因素,制定了相应的试验方法和试验评估内容,并归纳总结了海上试验需重点关注的问题。
In order to strengthen the navy’s electronic warfare capability,the US Navy has developed the EA-18 G to replace the EA-6 B electronic warfare aircraft.Test and evaluation must be conducted for EA-18 G to be successfully deployed on the aircraft-carrier.Based on the comprehensive analysis of the factors such as the environment,risks,as well as the personnel and materials required for testing the EA-18 G electronic warfare aircraft on land and shore,the corresponding methods and evaluation scheme are formulated.Finally,the key issues of sea trial are summarized and emphasized.
