摘要
船体弹性支撑轴故障检测信号很容易受到信号噪声的干扰,导致故障检测结果不理想。对此设计了具有降噪性质的船体弹性支撑轴故障检测方法。根据力学振动相关理论,搭建受力作用下船体支撑轴力学模型,明确各截面受力关系,采集计算弹性支撑轴检测参数,获取信号特征频率,利用时域平均法对检测信号进行去噪操作,提高信噪比,引入能量因子相关理论,将去噪后的信号以文本格式读取到Matlab中,划分大量数据点位,确定能量因子值参数,将信号EI值稳定在1.45~1.50之间,突出故障特征,最终提取数据点位特性信号进行重组合并,获取最终检测结果。经过仿真实验可以肯定与传统方法相比,该检测方法获取到的裂纹故障信号信噪比提高29%,磨损故障信号信噪比提高32%,可以证明该方法的有效性。
The fault detection signal of hull elastic support shaft is easily interfered by signal noise,which leads to unsatisfactory fault detection results.A fault detection method of hull elastic support shaft with noise reduction property is designed.According to the mechanical vibration theory,the force under the action of hull strut axial mechanics model,set up a clear relationship between each section stress,acquisition to calculate elastic strut axial detection parameters,to obtain the signal characteristic frequency,time domain average method is used to analyse the signal denoising operation,improve the signal-to-noise ratio,the energy factor related theory is introduced to read after denoising signal in text format in MATLAB,divide a large number of data points,determine the parameters for the power factor value,stable signal EI value between 1.45 to 1.50,highlight the fault characteristic and eventually to extract data point feature signal of reorganizing,obtain the final results.The simulation results show that compared with the traditional method,the signal-to-noise ratio of crack fault signal obtained by this method is 29%higher,and that of wear fault signal is 32%higher,which proves the effectiveness of this method.
