燃油供给系统的神经网络故障诊断算法研究

摘要 燃油供给系统是船舶的重要组成部分,也是保障船舶动力系统高效、安全运行的关键,它的作用是把符合使用要求的燃油输送到动力系统的高压油泵入口,为船舶柴油动力系统提供燃料。由于燃油供给系统含有大量的阀类元件和密封元件,且原油含有较多的杂质,因此,燃油供给系统常常会发生阀类元件阻塞等故障。本文针对燃油供给系统的结构原理和故障类型,基于BP神经网络算法提出一种燃油供给系统的故障诊断技术,并介绍了该故障诊断技术的流程。 Fuel supply system is an important part of the ship,and it is also the key to ensure the efficient and safe operation of the ship power system.Its function is to transport fuel that meets the requirements of use to the high-pressure oil pump entrance of the power system,and to provide fuel for the marine diesel power system.Because the fuel supply system contains a large number of valve components and sealing elements,and crude oil contains more impurities,so the fuel supply system often occurs valve components blocking and other faults.Aiming at the structure principle and fault types of fuel supply system,a fault diagnosis technology of fuel supply system is studied based on BP neural network algorithm,and the flow chart of the fault diagnosis technology is introduced.
