摘要
随着船舶动力系统的增强,主轴扭矩转速的异常变动会造成船舶的有害振动,从而影响航行的稳定性。通过对船舶主轴扭矩转速及振动数据采集,可以跟踪分析数据的异常原因、确定船舶振动能量及危害。本文以PLC为主控制器,设计一种实时船舶主轴扭矩转速及振动信号采集设备,实现了从低频至高频的全频段转速及振动高分辨率数据采集。
With the increase of ship power system,abnormal changes of spindle torque and rotational speed will cause harmful vibration of ship,thus affecting navigation stability.By collecting the data of ship spindle torsion,speed and vibration,the abnormal causes of data can be studied,and the vibration energy and hazards can be determined.In this paper,a real-time acquisition device of ship shaft torque,speed and vibration signal is designed based on PLC.The high-resolution data acquisition of speed and vibration in full frequency range from low frequency to high frequency is realized.
