锥柱组合结构振动声辐射特性研究

摘要 针对水下航行器尾部结构振动声辐射控制难题,以锥柱组合结构为研究对象,开展水下航行器尾部结构振动声辐射特性研究。首先,基于声固耦合方法,计及流体负载的影响,建立结构振动声辐射评估模型;在此基础上,开展垂向激励力作用下锥柱组合结构振动声辐射特性研究,探究舱壁、环肋和纵向加强筋等结构形式对锥柱组合结构振动声辐射的影响规律。研究表明,1~400 Hz频段,在激励位置附近增设舱壁、适当增加环肋数目可改变结构频谱特性,并有效降低幅值响应,而增设纵向加强筋对结构振动声辐射特性影响不大。 Aiming at the problem of vibration and acoustic radiation control of the underwater vehicle stern structure,the cone-column combined structure is taken as the research object,the vibration and acoustic radiation characteristics of the underwater vehicle stern structure are studied.Firstly,based on the acoustic-solid coupling method,considering the influence of fluid load,the evaluation model of structural vibration and acoustic radiation is established.On this basis,the vibration and acoustic radiation characteristics of the cone-column combined structure under the vertical excitation are studied,and the influence of structural forms such as bulkheads,ring ribs and longitudinal stiffeners on vibration and acoustic radiation of the cone-column combined structure is explored.The research shows that in the frequency range of 1~400 Hz,adding bulkheads near the excitation position and increasing the number of ring ribs can change the spectral characteristics of the structure and effectively reduce the amplitude response,while adding the longitudinal stiffeners has little effect to the vibration and acoustic radiation characteristics of the structure.
