摘要
为解决传统船舱结构强度分析方法存在分析精度较低的不足,提出一种基于Ansys软件的船舱结构强度仿真研究。依托船舱模型边界条件的确定,建立船舱结构模型,基于Ansys软件对船舱关键支撑部件受力强度、船舱焊接结构强度、船舱结构大角度进行计算分析,实现船舱结构强度仿真研究,试验数据表明,提出的船舱结构强度仿真研究较传统分析方法,强度分析准确性提高15.11%,适合对船舱结构强度进行仿真。
In order to solve the problem of low accuracy in traditional strength analysis method of ship cabin structure,a simulation study of ship cabin structure strength based on Ansys software was proposed.Based on the determination of the boundary conditions of the cabin model,the cabin structure model is established.The mechanical strength of the key supporting components,the welded structural strength of the cabin and the large angle of the cabin structure are calculated and analyzed based on Ansys software.The simulation study of the cabin structure strength is realized.The experimental data show that the proposed simulation study of the cabin structure strength is 15.11%more accurate than the traditional analysis method.It is suitable for simulating the strength of cabin structure.
